Location: The villa is about 3km from Cortona, old Etruscan town with minimarkets and many restaurants. Cortona is a fascinating city in the Arezzo province in Tuscany. The city is located on a hilltop, overlooking the nearby Lake Trasimeno. Although the city is not so large, there are still many interesting places to visit and discover. The town was founded before the Etruscans and you can still see the ancient tombs and ruins from them around the city. Cortona also have incredible museums, for example Museo Diocesano and an Etruscan museum. It is also possible to visit the city's churches. The city also offers many small shops with handcrafted items, delicacies and other goodies. It is definitely worth to explore the narrow streets. If you feel like more sightseeing Arezzo is only 36 km away from the villa. This is also an interesting city. The villa is generally a good starting point for day trips around the Italian countryside.
Inside: The villa is 70 m2. The property consists of a living area with sofa, fireplace, dining table, kitchenette and Sat TV. There are also two double bedrooms both with TV. There are two bathroom each with a shower. All windows have window screens.
Outdoors: The villa is situated on a 3,000 m2 plot, and there is a private pool, which measures 10x5 meters and has a depth of between 1.20 to 2.10. Around the pool there are sunbeds and parasols. It is also possible to enjoy the weather on the covered terrace, barbecue; there is also a swing for children. The property has the possibility to park 5 cars.
