Location: The stone house is centrally located in Liznjan, here there is only 150 meters to the nearest grocery store, 100 meters to the nearest restaurant, and about 1 km from the sea. Liznjan is a small fishing village that is located in the southeast corner of Istria, and was founded over 7,000 years ago. The city has a naturally protected harbor and the town has views of the Kvarner bay with all the islands. Liznjan is the ideal city if you want scenic setting away from traffic, while still close to restaurants, cafes and general outdoor life. Liznjan is the neighboring city to Medulin, which is a slightly larger town of about 3,000 people. Medulin is also known for the 1 km long sandy beach Bijeca. Istria's largest city Pula is only about 15 minutes away, and there is ample opportunity to explore. The city has a rich heritage dating back to Roman times, and the city has several museums, restaurants, cafes and shopping.
Inside: This charming stone house was built in 1924 and has been completely renovated in 2015. The house is a total of 90 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor you will find kitchen-family room with sofa (can be used for an extra bed) with satellite TV. Adjacent is the dining table and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom. On the first floor the two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outdoors: The stone house is situated on a 800 m2 plot. The back yard is well maintained and the house has a nice covered furnished terrace of 25 m2, where you can enjoy the many warm evenings. The terrace overlooking the private pool, which measures 21 m2 and has a depth of 1.45 meters. Around the pool are sun beds. Here is possible grilling on the large grill at the back of the garden, and there is also room to park two cars on the plot.
