Location: The stone house is located in the small town Mutvoran, located approximately 20 km north of Pula. The house is 2.50 km to the nearest restaurant and shops and 4 km to the sea. The house is ideal for those who want to relax - as Mutvoran is anything but hectic. If you like, you can visit Pula, which was founded over 3,000 years ago that started with the Romans. Here you can still see a large well-preserved amphitheater from the 1st century BC, which once could accommodate up to 25,000 people. The amphitheater is built alongside the Via Flavia road leading to Rome. The coast around Pula is very sinuous, and one can find many different beaches, with sand, pebbles and gravel. Pula has a long history, and there are many sights and monuments, so it is clearly advisable to take a walk around the streets of Pula. Throughout the summer there as so many other places in Croatia various events and festivals. Here is also a large selection of restaurants, cafes, shopping and shopping. The villa has a perfect location if you want to take day trips around Istria.
Inside: The house was built in 1913 and renovated in 2012. The house is a total of 123 m2. Here is a large spacious living room with sofa (which can be used for two extra beds) with satellite TV and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fireplace, a small dining table, microwave, dishwasher and more. Here are 3 bedrooms, all with double bed and three bathrooms, all with shower.
Outdoors: The house has a lovely covered terrace of 50 m2, where you can enjoy the weather. Next to the terrace is a small swing set. On the other side of the house is the private pool which measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.40 meters. Around the pool are sun loungers and parasols. It is also here that the large bricked grill is. It is possible to park on the property with up to 3 cars.

They are also part of the rental contract, and are always to be paid locally, as well as the security deposit.
