Description

Inside Located by the beautiful lake Sjönevadssjön, on the second floor of an old inn, this flat makes a wonderful holiday home. Large enough for a big family or two smaller families. A big garden and a boule court is included. The landscape is wonderful and there are fishing possibilities.

In the flat you will find three comfortable bedrooms with high quality, new beds. He kitchen is small but well equipped. The large, bright living room features a dining area, a sofa suite, and a flatscreen TV. Free Wifi. The living room includes an extra bed that fits two. Next to the living room, you will find the spacious balcony with its lovely view of the lake. The bathroom contains a WC, wash basin, shower, and a washing machine. There are also two guest toilets in the entrance hall. Electricity is free of charge during the summer.

There are excellent fishing possibilities here. You will find your boat by the newly-built dock. A motor is available for rent. Fishing does not require a permit but there are restrictions to how many fish you may catch per day. Ask the owner for advice on the matter!

The dock is set by a sandy beach, excellent for swimming or just relaxing and enjoying the view! The dock features a couple of benches, which makes it the perfect place to relax. There is also a little ladder leading into the water. There is also a larger beach nearby.

North of the village you will find old royal graves from the bronze age, as well as a stone circle where trials were held. In the middle of July there is a troubadours convention and in the middle of August there is the yearly market, “Sjönevads marknad”.

Its a short drive of 17 kilometres to Ullared, famous for its shopping centre Gekås. People travel from all over Sweden to shop at Gekås.Or why not visit the nearby town of Falkenberg, just 18 kilometres away? Falkenberg offers plenty of beautiful walking paths and excellent fishing opportunities. There are also tennis- and riding possibilities, as well as the popular beach Skrea strand .
