The port city of Valencia, on Spain’s south-eastern coast, offers a fantastic city escape. This charming city, which is the third largest in Spain, is steeped in history and notably home to the Llotja de la Seda, a 16th century Gothic-style civil building and renowned tourist attraction.

L’Oceanogràfic oceanarium in the east of the city is a great attraction for families here, as well as Valencia Bioparc, a 10-hectare zoo home to an array of animals from lions to giraffes.
