How does a Travelopo partnership work?
Our destination experts and rental managers work with customers to help them find the most suitable property for their holiday, whether it be a property by the beach, specifically with a heated pool, or a secluded hide away. Our ‘front of house’ team then manages the complete booking process so that you can focus on what you do best; maintaining your properties and looking after your guests.
How much does it cost to become a partner with Travelopo?
It is completely free to partner with us. To be able to offer our customers the best prices guaranteed, we work on a commission basis with our partners, which is negotiable per agency.
How do I become a Travelopo partner?
To become a partner and upload your properties, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our team by filling out the form below or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Our standard method of uploading properties to the Travelopo site is by XML feed. If you do not run an XML feed, we have an IT department that can help you set one up, or can find an alternative that would suit your business.
What requirements/standards must my properties fulfil to become a Travelopo partner?
As we expand our network of partners, we are pleased to work with agencies and property managers that meet the following standards:
- All properties are maintained and managed directly
- All properties are considered and approved as appropriate rental accommodations
- Every property has a local agent who the client can contact should any issue arise during their stay
- Daily availability updates are supplied
- On-the-day notification should any pricing and property description be amended by the rental agency or property manager
