A modern (2006) beautifully presented, purpose built 3 bedroom house, with air conditioning ,satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a private fenced off garden measuring 150m2 and access to 2 swimming pools and a paddling pool. The house has a comfortable interior and is semi detached.

The property is within walking distance of local shops and restaurants and less than 1.5 miles from a sandy beach. For the more active there is a Golf course (18 hole) and tennis within 1/2 mile. A car is highly recommended.

Ground floor: living/dining room with exit to the patio (Terrace furniture). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Electric heating, air-conditioning, warm air heating.

Upper floor: 1 room with double bed and bath/shower/bidet/WC (private). 1 room with double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/bidet/WC.

Facilities: washing machine, iron, cot for up to 3 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (DSL/LAN, extra). Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
