Incredible 2 bedroom apartment in La Duquesa that sleeps 4. These wonderful two bedroom apartments are in an unsurpassable front line location on the best beach in the area. The apartments have either a sea or pool view and share several large communal pools. They have direct access to the beach and are next door to the marina.
These bright and spacious apartments have been decorated to a high standard and are all air conditioned. As they are all privately owned the furnishings vary but they are all of a similar standard. Each apartment has a large living and dining area with patio doors that lead on to a balcony, where guests can relax to the sound of the sound of the sea. The separate kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday. The apartments each have two double or twin bedded rooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath or shower room and the twin has a separate bath/shower room. The apartments can be accessed by a lift or stairs from the underground parking.

The apartments have patio doors leading to a spacious balcony. All have either a pool or sea view and offer ample room for alfresco dining in a glorious location. The communal swimming pools are surrounded by gardens and there is a direct access to the wonderful beach. The apartment complex has a gym and paddle tennis for the usage of the guests. Rackets can be rented out at the club house.
These apartments are ideally located right next to the marina of La Duquesa. There are several lovely beach restaurants as well as a very good fish restaurant. The marina of La Duquesa is only a very short walk along the promenade. There you have a mini-market and a big selection of several international restaurants and bars. Marbella and the fashionable Puerto Banus are just a half an hour drive away for additional entertainment. There is a weekly Sunday market held in nearby Sabinillas where everything from Antiques to Moroccan arts is sold. In the mountain is the quaint little village of Manilva where you can buy fresh vegetables from a local vendor or, if you feel like it, pick your own sweet grapes. Gibraltar is a thirty minute drive south along the beautiful coast from where you can take a fantastic dolphin excursion or go to the top of the peninsula and see the caves and the famous local monkeys.
For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly mini-clean with a towel and linen change. A welcome pack is provided for guests on arrival. A security deposit of GBP100 is required upon arrival.
A car is not considered essential for this accommodation, but would enhance your holiday experience. There is underground parking available for guests staying here.
