Great 5 bedroom villa in Cala Morell that sleeps 10. This fine house is peacefully located in pine tree enclosed grounds, just a few hundred metres from the steps leading down to the pretty cove beach of Cala Morell itself.

The property provides a most comfortable and attractive holiday base. All the rooms are well proportioned, light and welcoming, with four bathrooms serving five bedrooms, an indication of the care that has gone into the property s design. Those seeking a little more privacy will be interested to note that the first floor accommodation has its own independent access via an external staircase from the side terrace.

Outside, the swimming pool and terraces are south facing and hence catch the sunshine over the whole day. Surrounding pine trees provide convenient shade and, thoughtfully, access to the shallow end of the pool is via a gentle slope, which may particularly appeal to non swimmers.

Within a 10 to 12 minute stroll downhill from the house you will find a snack bar and restaurant. The surrounding area is excellent for walking and bird watching, and a 12 minute drive takes you to the beautiful sandy beach of Algaiarens La Vall. Ciutadellas tree lined squares, picturesque harbour and superb restaurants are an easy 15 minute drive.

Please note: Parties paying the small party rate will have use of the ground floor accommodation only.The caretaker lives in the lower rear part of the property accessed by a completely independent entrance. Please note that the fence around the swimming pool can be removed if preferred. Please advise at time of booking.

If you would like to book this property we require a deposit of £75 per person (based on the full capacity of the property) or 33% of the total property rental, whichever is the greater, with balance payable 60 days prior to your arrival. A £5 security cover is administered per person with the final balance payment unless otherwise stated.
