A fantastic modern villa with beautiful views of the sea at Binibeca this villa is in a great location above the very pretty resort of Binibeca - within walking distance from the beach and the bay, as well as restaurants, caf̩es, bars and shops. All the rooms in the house are at ground level. There is great living space with a lounge-diner which opens onto the pool and terrace and has gorgeous views of the sea, and a terrific high-spec kitchen with a separate utility room.

All three bedrooms are spacious, airy and cool. They all have doors out onto the pool and garden, the double room has a lovely en-suite bathroom and the twins share a large family bathroom. The pool-garden is a wonderful space with a long pool facing the sea, and terracing on different levels down the hillside. The whole of the coastal side of the house has a shady terrace - a totally relaxing place to sit from breakfast into the evening.
