The result is a high end palatial villa. This spacious villa provides every luxury to meet the exacting standards of twelve guests, with one VIP master suite and five personalised double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The entrance hall, furnished with an impressive olive wood sculpture, opens to elegant internal sliding doors leading to the main lounge where you will find both style and comfort, furnished with leather sofas and soft lighting, enhanced with coloured walls and original artwork. The focus of this impressive room is an original Italian marble fireplace. Entertainment is provided by satellite tv and DVD. The dining room is exquisite, containing a family teak dining table with a hanging Italian designer table lamp, an original painting by Nuria Roman, and contemporary red furnishings. The 40sq.m designer salt pool has optic lighting with various colour options to match ones mood. There is also a decorative tap with pressure spa, an inbuilt Jacuzzi and a warm water external shower. The large Italian fitted kitchen has a large American fridge with ice dispenser, a dishwasher, a fitted coffee maker, an integrated microwave, a 90cm oven and hob, and a good supply of crockery, cutlery and table service wear to cater for every possible occasion. There is also a discreet exterior laundry area with a washing machine and drying area. The perfection of the interior is also reflected in the exterior with white tiles covering the deck, with browns and ivories used to decorate the lounge and BBQ dining area. Large, remote control, electrical sun canopies are provided to provide shade from the all day sunshine. The villa enjoys great privacy as it is built above the avenue level and has a well stocked and maintained garden with flowers, shrubs, olive trees and lawns to the front. At the avenue level there is parking area and an automatic-video controlled access to the property. The ground floor accommodation wing has three personalised double bedrooms. The Tangerine Room, with soft lighting and relaxing aura, with a private terrace and a bathroom with hydro massage. The Pink Room is the girls’ favourite, with bold pinks and whites, a private bathroom and shower. The Muted Olive room provides peace and harmony, plus a shower room. On the upper wing there are a further three personalised double bedrooms. The Golden Master Suite is 45sq. m and has grand window running along one side and a private balcony, providing spectacular beach and coast views. The open plan design of this suite incorporates a private TV lounge with fridge, an ample sleeping area and a grand bathroom with shower and circular bath and Jacuzzi. The Melow Green Room has a natural harmonic feel, with a private terrace and personal wet room. Finally, the Romantic Turquoise Suite is dominated by a four poster bed and has a private terrace. You can hire a variety of watersport equipment here such as, jet skis, pedaloes and windsurfing and snorkelling equipment. The beach is backed by sand dunes and a protected salt water nature reserve. Don’t be surprised if you see ducks on the beach that have wondered away from the marshland. Son Bou has a small water park, a few basic tourist shops, eateries and pubs and there is a small disco in the resort. Nightlife on the island is low key with evenings being based around one of the restaurants and bars within the resorts. The nearest town is Alaior and is just a short drive away, you will find more facilities here and there is also a market held every Thursday morning. The capital of the island Mahaon, is approx 19 kilometres away. Mahon has a fantastic port area, providing great shopping facilities as well as a good choice of restaurants and bars.
