On the back side of the house, there is an incredible built in barbecue with a big table and chairs, ideal for those bbq chefs. Inside the house, we find a comfortable living-dining area with big window panels that access a covered terrace with sea views. There is also a fully equipped open style kitchen, recently refurbished. Next to the lounge, at one side, there is a double bedroom with double bed and a fully refurbished bathroom. The village of Sant Climent, and the beaches of Binidal’ and Binisafoea, are a 6 minute drive away. The journey from the airport to the villa takes 10 minutes and we suggest car hire is necessary at this property. The small sandy beach here offers a great place to relax and sun bathe, there is also a small restaurant bar here.
