The large open-plan living space neighbouring the kitchen has comfortable sofas and a dining table.<br/>Double patios doors lead out to the gardens and swimming pool. There is an outside dining area with a shaded terrace perfect for al-fresco dining. There is no excuse for not trying your hand with the local cuisine with the the large casita house with a built-in barbecue, and is located in the perfect place for cooking in the garden. <br/><br/>There are lovely surroundings to the villa with pine trees and mountains and the villa itsef has walled gardens with plenty of space and colourful flowers and shrubs. A lovely family villa with a gorgeous garden and gated driveway, a short walk from the beautiful bay and beach of Galdana. The Villa is a bright and airy house, newly renovated. It s in a quiet suburb, an easy walk through a lovely pine wood to the beach, the sea and the resort. <br/><br/>It s the perfect house for a relaxing holiday with long days around the pool. Inside, the house is all on one level and is cool and welcoming with traditional Menorcan <br/>dark-wood furniture. There s a comfortable lounge with sofas, TV, a dvd/cd stereo, and full-height windows looking onto the pool and garden. There s a dining space and a well-planned kitchen with lots of workspace and storage in pale-wood units, and appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. <br/><br/>here are four bedrooms in total - one double and three twins. Up one step you have a double and a twin bedroom which have antique Menorcan furniture in dark wood with ornate carving, and the second twin is furnished in pine. There are two family bathrooms here also, with baths and showers.
