This exquisite, detached villa is located in a quiet cul de sac and is ideal for guests looking for a peaceful holiday. Interior The interior of this fabulous villa is filled with charm and includes many traditional features such as limestone vaulted arches, solid wood furniture and exposed wooden beams. The large living room has a beautiful fireplace as its centre piece and a stunning stairway leading to the upper floor. The large farmhouse style kitchen has an incorporated dining area and views over the pool terrace. The villa has five bedrooms. Two twin bedrooms are on the ground floor. One of these bedrooms has an ensuite shower room and the other has access to a separate shower and toilet. There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor. Two of these have double beds and one has twin beds. All of the bedrooms on the upper floor are spacious, comfortably furnished and have ensuite facilities. Ramps have been installed on the ground floor and the toilet and shower are wheelchair friendly. The villa also benefits from air-conditioning which is included in the price. Exterior The pool terrace of this villa is truly superb. The sunbathing terrace surrounds the large 9.5m x 8m swimming pool which has an integrated Jacuzzi and ample patio furniture is provided to make the most of the fantastic weather. Due to its frequent use, residents of Gozo are able to use the ferry at a subsidised rate, significantly lower than the standard fare. The sea plane operates from Valletta to Mgarr harbour. The connection between the two islands is heavily used. Around 1.1 million cars travel on the current transport links per year, and many more foot passengers.

This excellent property is located in Xaghra, the oldest village of Gozo. It is a delightful, rustic, 200 year old townhouse set on the edge of the village on the way to Marsalforn. The authentic architecture and high quality of this beautiful house provide the location for a memorable holiday on this special island. Interior The lovely, original limestone walls of this newly converted farm house are very deep and ensure that the villa remains comfortably cool in the hot summer months. The living area is on the lower level with its separate entrance. The comfortable living room has an archway to the kitchen and dining room, all of which have wonderful vaulted arches and are decorated with local artefacts. The villa has three bedrooms. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. The twin room has an en-suite shower room. On the second floor there is another double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. There is also a guest cloakroom with a shower.
