It enjoys outstanding views across Mellieha Bay to the aquamarine waters of the Mediterranean. The largest, sandy beach on Malta is only a five minute drive form the villa and there are restaurants and shopping nearby. Interior This delightful, detached villa,renovated in 2011 is extremely light and airy and has been tastefully and traditionally furnished to a very good standard. There is a very large, split level, living room with an open fireplace, a dining area and patio doors leading out to the extensive sun terraces. A modern, well equipped kitchen provides all the facilities for a self catering holiday. The villa has three, attractive bedrooms with ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a family bathroom. Ceiling fans are in all the rooms except the kitchen and dining area. The villa benefits from having local Melita cable television which allows clients to enjoy several English channels and there is a telephone for incoming calls and making local calls for guests convenience. Exterior The extensive, sun-drenched terrace has breathtaking, panoramic views to the sea. It surrounds the attractive, 6 x 3 metre swimming pool which has roman steps. There is also a built-in barbecue making it the perfect place to sit and relax on those balmy summer evenings and enjoy al fresco dining. Ghadira Bay, Maltas largest sandy beach is only five minutes drive away. Services For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service. A refundable security and breakages deposit is required upon arrival at the villa. Car Requirements A car is considered essential for Malta in order to explore and discover this fascinating island.
