From the house and the garden there is a lovely view of the old town of Lucignano whose elliptical town plan is a singular example of medieval architecture. In front of the house a large garden shaded by ancient oaks, cypresses and olive trees, a 12 x 6 m swimming pool (depth 1,50 m), and a five a side and volleyball field, two bikes and a brick gazebo with fireplace suitable for barbecues.

With separate entrance a living room, giving access by an internal staircase to an attractive sitting room with fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

FIRST FLOOR: with access by the porch and an inside staircase, sitting room with kitchenette, fireplace and double sofa bed, three double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathroom with bath. In a part of the house, with independent access on ground floor, wide entry with table, chairs and billiard, and on first floor, sitting room with fireplace, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
