The apartment is in a secluded property of 16 acres, and it is surrounded by a 3000 sq. metres garden with a play corner for kids and a 1,5 acres olive grove. An organic kitchen garden is available for guests.

Our farm produces wine, honey, jam and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil using the natural methods and enthusiasm of yesteryear.
The maintenance of the lawn and of the 12 X 6 metres pool is constant and accurate.

You can decide from day to day whether to take a dip in the swimming pool or rest in the shade of the olive grove, to take a walk in the woods to gather mushrooms or to stroll up and down the alleyways of Todi in search of curiosities to buy.
This is the ideal location to reach with an easy drive the main sites of Umbria and Tuscany and be back for a relaxing massage or a swim before dinner.
