Fantastic 1 bedroom apartment in Grutti that sleeps 2. Beautiful historic residence dating back to the 12th century, recently renovated and converted into 8 comfortable apartments. The tower is located in the small Umbrian town of Grutti, a short distance from important places of interest such as Todi, Spoleto and Foligno. Used long ago as a fortress, it became the headquarters of the Compagnia del Cappelletto, one of the 14th centurys most famous companies of mercenary soldiers.

The 8 apartments are located within the 3 story tower, and are all conveniently accessible by an elevator inside. The furnishing is comfortable. In the garden beneath the towers imposing walls there is a swimming pool overlooking the valley and its olive groves, vineyards and woods.
