Fantastic 1 bedroom apartment in Cerreto Guidi that sleeps 4. A charming farmhouse recently restored and turned into 9 comfortable apartments where you can make your reservation. We have available all of these apartments, perfect for families holidaying together, see ref 1023001 up to 1024009.
Montecatini Terme is also very close to this property that is quietly located and offers beautiful views over olive groves, vineyards and over the hills surrounding the small town of Cerreto Guidi. The interiors are simply furnished in a rustic Tuscan style.
This is 41 m2 apartment on the Ground floor, that consist of:
Living-room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen corner (freezer) and double sofa-bed, twin-bedded room, bathroom with tub. Terrace furnished with table and chairs.

Extra services: Maid service available by arrangement (payment on location). Cot available on request.
The olive oil and the wine produced by the owners are available for clients to be purchased.

Distances: Cerreto Guidi with all kinds of shops 2 km, the nice medieval town of Vinci where you can make a reservation to visit the small museum dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci 7 km, Montecatini Terme with nice spas approx. 20 km, Florence approx. 40 km, Pisa approx. 60 km.
