Villa Max is a fascinating 1000-square-meter (about 10,764 square feet) age-old villa with a splendid view of the sea, a swimming-pool, a private beach, a garden, a park, terraces, a tennis court, and a helipad. It sleeps 30 people. It is 7.5 km (about 4.7 miles) away from Sorrento. It’s equipped with air-conditioning, heating, parking space, and internet connection. There are 11 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, 4 separate WCs, a large living-room with couches, a breakfast room, and a dining-room. Eight of the bathrooms are equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower, and three are equipped with a Jacuzzi shower only. Moreover, the house also features two spacious kitchens. It is a very spacious terrace where you will have an endless view of the sea and the coast. Half of it is shaded by a large wrought-iron gazebo. You will have sun loungers to sunbathe, and under the gazebo, you will find a table, chairs, and small wicker couches. While sitting outside, you will be before a panorama of sea and sky of incomparable beauty. The belvedere terrace An outdoor staircase will allow you to climb up to the belvedere of the villa, which is the highest terrace, placed right above the attic room. From this terrace your eyes will meet a 360 º panorama which goes from the Gulf of Salerno to the south, Capri and the Gulf of Naples to the north, and the hills of Sorrento. It is a unique spectacle impossible to be forgotten. The garden Around Villa Max you will find a large garden which is well cared for and rich in flowers. You can reach it from several patio doors in the living-room, dining-room, and kitchen. In the garden you will find areas shaded by large pine trees and sun-drenched lawns. Next to the living-room there is a large pergola under which you will have tables and chairs which are perfect for outdoor meals. You will be on the Bay of Nerano, an enthralling half-moon shaped beach in one of the most beautiful and intact places of the coast nature wise. It is a gravel beach. As guests of Villa Max, you will have free-of-charge access to the services of a small beach establishment open from May to the end of September. You will have deck chairs and umbrellas available to you. Services At Villa Max you will have breakfast and a daily 4-hour cleaning service included in the rental price. It is possible to have a chef and organize simple or formal ceremonial dinners as well as cooking lessons upon request. 100 meters (about 328 feet) away from the villa you will see the nearest restaurant. Sorrento is about 7,5 km (approximately 4,7 miles) away, Positano is about 25 km (15 miles) away, Pompei 35 km away, and Naples is about 60 km (37 miles) away. From Sorrento or Positano, you can take ferries or hydrofoils to Capri, other islands of the Gulf of Naples, Naples, Amalfi, Positano, and other small towns on the Amalfi Coast. You will be in a convenient position between the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento Coast. You can even enjoy easy and pleasant trips to places in the area by car! Just remember to drive slowly and to enjoy the showevery curve on the road unveils breathtaking scenery which is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in the world. You can also visit the ruins of Pompeii, which are about 1 hour away by car (another option is taking a train from Sorrento). The terrace The villa is built on high stretch of land by the coast where only vacation houses are found. All houses seem as if partially hidden by gardens and olive groves. A road used by residents only gives access to the houses in the area. You will enter Villa Allegra through a paved garden. From the garden, you will reach a big terrace where the sun, the sky, and the sea warmly greet you. Lean over the terrace and you will see a steep rocky cliff and a limpid sea down below. Frothy waves sweetly bathe the rocks and slowly reach a small gravel beach. The perfume of the sea fills the air. The terrace overlooks a horizon of endless sea and also the green promontory north of the bay. A centuries-old cluster/maritime pine is rooted on the rock below and partially casts a shadow over the terrace. The house At Villa Allegra, you will stay in a house with spacious rooms elegantly furnished in vivid Mediterranean style. The floor is in lustrous ceramics of local craft. Every bedroom and bathroom displays different decoration. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV and a system which regulates the temperature of the air-conditioner. All rooms are distributed on the three floors of the house, which also has an elevator. Main floor The main entrance is in a large great hall elegantly furnished in white and bluea wall consisting of a big glass window overlooks the terrace with the swimming pool and the beautiful panorama of the sea. Two large patio doors give access to the terrace and the swimming pool. Next to the glass window is a living area furnished with a long blue sofa and an another part with a table and chairs, perfect for a round of card-playing. A small corridor leads you from the living room to the two double bedrooms on this floor of the house. The largest double bedroom of the house is found on this floor, and it displays a large patio door which leads to a private terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. Lying in bed and looking out you will see the sea and the sky. There is also a round whirl bathtub for two people in this room. The other two double bedrooms on this floor have a bathroom as wellone bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a whirl bathtub, and the other has its private bathroom with a shower. Lower floor On the lower floor of the villa, there is a second large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and the other two double bedrooms. The large living room on this floor offers you a breathtaking view of the sea as well. A large window takes over a wall almost entirely. From here, your eyes will meet the blue of the sea nearby and the sky. A large and inviting blue couch is placed in front of the fireplace and of the area displaying a TV. There is also an extendable dining table overlooking the sea. In one area of the room, which is dedicated to music, there is a grand piano. A patio door leads you from the living room to a gracious terrace looking out on the sea and furnished with tables and chairs suitable for an outdoor breakfast. A corridor takes you from the living room to the two double bedrooms. One has an en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other has its own private bathroom with shower as well.
