The Villa Rondine is so charming to look at. The very appearance of it sends out an air of freshness and exquisiteness. This villa is located on the Mediterranean coast in Porto Santo Stefano, Italy, a harbor that serves both fishing and tourist boats and a departure center for the Isola del Giglio. Set in this beautiful inlet, the Villa Rondine has quite a lot of enticements of its own. Built in two levels, this villa has carefully segregated rooms in hand. All the rooms are neatly supplied with furniture and antique pieces. The main living area is quite spacious and convenient. The main bed rooms are on the top floor. The outdoor stairs leads to the two guest suites. TAltogether there are three double bed rooms. One has a twin bed; the other has single and the third has triple beds in it. Also present is a bunk bed that has an extra single bed in it. The bedrooms in total can fit in 10 members. In total, the bathrooms count to four. What is more enticing is the nearby beach piccola spiaggia . This beautiful bay is ensured for safety and fully protected. It has a children safe lifeguard too. There are also facilities like bar and restaurants that are open for lunch and dinner. The private garden is noteworthy. Villa Argentario is built on two levels and has a small independent unit in the garden. The villa is surrounded by 1ha/2.5-acres of Mediterranean flora including extensive lawns, old olive trees, vineyards, wood with picnic spot in the shade of old oaks. The property offers plenty of space for outdoor activities, children can use a swing on the lawn next to the house or walk down the thick wood (with an adult preferably) below the villa. The wood belongs to the property and is fenced. The pool is 8x4 meters and about 1m deep, suitable for children but adults can us it too with care. Outside the villa one can start many different walks across the hills. Otherwise within 5 min one is down to Porto Santo Stefano where many day-cruises to the surrounding islands start, or within 20 mins one can be at either beaches between Monte Argentario and the mainland. The Feniglia beach is sand dunes next to a pine wood, as a natural reserve it is accessible only by foot or bikes that can be rented at the parking at the beginning of the beach. One can also use Villa Argentario as a base for excursions into Tuscany, for example the Maremma national park nearby or towns further inland.
