Villa Lieve is an elegant and welcoming villa built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Lieve you will have a broad view of the Umbrian hills and of Orvieto. Villa Lieve is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Orvieto, where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards). You will reach Villa Lieve from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps. To stay at Villa Lieve you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. You will reach Villa Lieve going along a short path that leads to an electric gate. Once the gate is open, a splendid lawn will open up before your eyes. Featuring a spring of water on its side, the lawn will lead you to the beautiful stone villa which dates back to the nineteenth century. The villa is really beautiful, with its magnificent oil paintings and Persian carpets and its large panoramic windows that open on the charming city of Orvieto. The villa is surrounded by large undulanting lawns, carefully maintained by the owners. By walking through the lawns where you will even find a charming rose garden and passing through the well-equipped swimming pool area, you will be able to reach a small lake. Lavander and rosemary plants, that fill the air with beautiful scent, can be found in the small paths of the villa. In the garden you will find two annexes, one with a view on the small lake. In the small lake you will be able to go fishing.  Swimming Pool You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down approximately 15 stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the garden. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-September. Patio 1 The first patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large.
