This delightful modern house is smart, elegant and stylish in equal measure. From a privileged, slightly elevated position the property boasts lovely views over olive groves and market gardens towards the pine clad slopes that border the relaxed, coastal town of Santa Eulalia.
Everything about this villa is most convivial and welcoming. Fringed with lawn, various lush palms, cacti and olive trees, the completely private and beautifully maintained grounds offer a number of tempting vantage points from which to enjoy the impressive vista; to one side a large, part-covered dining terrace, on the lawn a Jacuzzi/hot tub and near the pool a raised, ‘chill-out’ gazebo replete with soft mattress, all compete for the right to be centre of holiday attention.
Internally, broad glass doors lead into an open plan living/dining room warmly decorated and furnished in contrasting shades of taupe and coffee-cream. Notable amongst the furniture is a magnificent, dark wood carved wall mirror complementing the cooling floor tiles and partially stone clad wall. An archway leads through to the bedroom corridor where an air conditioning unit has been thoughtfully positioned to maximise its cooling effect.
Both bedrooms are very well furnished with interesting and imaginatively designed en suite facilities; one boasting an unusual open-plan layout, the other with a spa bath attractively set into a curved alcove accessed via a Moorish-style archway.
Sedate Santa Eulalia, only 3km from the villa, dates from the 16th Century when its fortified church, Puig de Missa, was established - a building now regarded by many to be the loveliest and best-preserved example of its kind in Ibiza. The town is home to a full range of shops and an excellent choice of bars, restaurants and cafs with a leafy rambla leading down to the seafront promenade and long, family-friendly sandy beach.

A £5 security cover is administered per person with the final balance payment unless otherwise stated.
