Superb 9 bedroom villa in San Rafael that sleeps 19. Bedrooms: 9 / Bathrooms: 6 / Sleeps: 19

This villa is in a fantastic location situated just a 5 min drive into Ibiza Town and 10 min drive to San Antonio.

The lovely village of San Rafael is also close by, with its famous restaurants El Ayoun, Elephant, Cloudenis and Can Pilot and can be easily reached within a few minutes’ drive. This is also where the Super Clubs Privilege and Amnesia are located, so everything is within easy access.

The large hyper market is just a 10 min walk from the villa and is the largest supermarket on the Island where you can buy all your shopping and anything else you require.

The villa can be rented for groups of 13 - 21 people as it has a newly renovated annex in the grounds of the villa. We have different prices for up to 13 people and for larger groups, please ask.

The approach to the villa is through electric gates where there is a driveway with ample parking for several cars. The main house is split into two separate areas on 2 floors.On the ground floor you enter the villa through the well equipped kitchen which has all the usual appliances, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, Oven, Hob, microwave. This leads into the spacious lounge with feature fireplace and comfortable seating, which opens onto a covered terrace with a large table and chairs for dinning. The lounge also has a TV and Stereo with Ipod docking.

Off the lounge are 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 triple room and a master double with large en suite shower room. There is also a further separate bathroom.

Outside stairs lead up to a separate apartment, The spacious lounge has a TV, comfortable seating and leads onto another large terrace. There are also a further three bedrooms which are two with twin beds and one with a double bed and there is a separate bathroom.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and safes.

The new annex has 3 bedrooms all with en suite shower rooms and a small kitchen which leads onto a spacious terrace for al fresco dinning. This terrace overlooks the pool and garden. This annex makes a great option for larger groups wanting to holiday together.

More photos of the new annex will follow, however we know this owner very well and can assure you the new annex will be renovated to a great standard.

The lovely private pool has wooden decking with an area for sun loungers, there is a chill-out area with a day bed for relaxing. The large brick built BBQ is great for outdoor cooking and there are two outside tables with chairs for dinning alfresco. This whole area is set up to enjoy the lovely Ibiza summers and is great for outdoor living.

Please note a GBP 600 refundable damage deposit must be paid along with the balance payment on this villa. The damage deposit will only be used when the villa has been mistreated. The money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your bank details.

An extra matress is required at 100 GBP to be able to sleep 13 people.
