A security deposit, usually 50 percent of one week’s rental, is payable at least seven days before travel and must be cleared in the company account before departure.

Following departure of a customer a local representative will check the property for any damage or breakages and will then notify Head Office. Security deposits will be returned within 14 days of a customer’s return, subject to there being no problems or damage to the fixtures, fittings, possessions or property. The customer is liable for all damage to the property by themselves or their guests.

A £5 security cover is administered per person with the final balance payment unless otherwise stated.
