It is located in the south coast of the island, in Cala Jondal, one of the most exclusive residential areas. 5 min driving from the airport and 10 min from Ibiza town. The house has a very private position with a wonderful view of the sea, Cala Jondal and Sa Caleta up to Formentera island. All around the pool the green lawn covers a 500m2 area surrounded by a charming landscape with pine trees, bougainville and a patio that extends for the width of the villa. The Balinese cottage has: 1 bedroom with a loft. On the lower level there are 2 single beds while on the upper level there is 1 bed size 140cm; 1 crystal bathroom with shower and WC.
