This large well-appointed lounge, stylishly decorated, is to the left, where there is a wood burning fire place in the centre and off that is a study area. The dining area is to the right. Stairs on the far side which take you up to two bedrooms. From the dining area there is a corridor that leads to a fully equipped kitchen and off the kitchen is the scullery. From the Kitchen there is a walkway that leads to the other. two ground floor double bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, Iron and hairdryer, plus a laundry with washing machine and dryer. There are a total 4 bedrooms (3 with own en-suite bathrooms plus a fourth independent wc which is downstairs). Each bedroom is furnished to a high standard and decorated in an elegant Provencal style providing lovely accommodation. Maximum numbers are 6 adults and 2 children. All downstairs rooms open out onto a large terrace which runs the length of the house - the perfect spot to take in the view. Downstairs bedroomsone twin and one double, both with ensuite bathrooms - one with bath and shower and one with shower only - each room has access to the terrace. Upstairs bedroomsthere are two - one is the Master which is a double with a queen size bed, with ensuite bathroom. The other room has a single bed (which can take an extra bed for a second child - this would make the room cosy!). Both have access to the upper terrace with the balustrade. The extra bed can be placed in one of the downstairs rooms as they are large enough. Outdoor Details The Villa is situated on large, private grounds of 4000m2 and features a super, well situated 12m x 6m salt water swimming pool with loungers. The wrap around terrace offers beautiful views across the valley - ideal for enjoying your morning breakfast or a glass of chilled Rose at sunset. Private off street parking. Charges and deposits: Arrival & Departure- Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 9am. Please call Helene when you are at the airport or are 1.5 hours from the village to liaise on exact arrival time. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Any arrivals after 6.00pm will incur a charge of 65 euros. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest. Breakage Deposit800 Euros in cash on arrival. This amount covers any eventual damages, breakages, additional cleaning, etc. If there is no damage, the guarantee will be returned to you after deduction of the tourist tax charges (approximately 1 Euro per person, per day) on the morning of departure. Telephone Line- Telephone is available on demand, but is restricted to incoming and local calls only. Internet access via ADSL and Wi-Fi. Deposit of EUR100 per week in cash on arrival, to be returned less deduction of phone consumption. Electricity- EUR 500 per week deposit is required in advance, throughout the year, for utilities. Consumption charged according to meter readings taken at commencement and end of rental. The balance will be returned to the client on departure. Non-electric Heating- EUR 500 deposit per week is required in advance, throughout the year, for gas. Consumption charged according to meter readings taken at commencement and end of rental.
