The property comprises an open plan living area with lounge, kitchen and dining room with air-conditioning. There are three double bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the downstairs lounge for extra guests, 3 bathrooms and 3 wcs. Accommodation Details Ground Floor The modern and well-equipped kitchen is open plan and goes on to a terrace overlooking the ruins of an old Chateau that are stunningly lit at night for beautiful views. The kitchen also leads onto the air-conditioned L-shaped living dining room of approximately 40m2, which has a beautiful glass and wrought iron dining set for 6, a comfy sofa and TV. The dining area gives on to a second terrace via patio doors, facing the pool, which has comfortable modern furniture, creating an outdoor lounge, perfect for drinks in the early evening. There are two double bedrooms on this level. The first has a double bed of 160cm, with fitted cupboards, a bathroom with corner bath and sofa, and an independent wc. The second bedroom has a double bed of 140cm, an en-suite shower room with walk-in Venetian shower and an independent wc. This room also has a small flat screen TV. A small office on this level provides a desk, exercise bike and broadband access. Lower Level The lower level of the property has its own small kitchen and bathroom, so it can be used as a separate apartment, making ideal for two families or for giving the teenagers a little independence. There is a second open plan living area, comprising dining area seating 6, a small kitchen (hob, fridge, microwave) with a high breakfast bar and a sofa-bed plus fitted cupboards, which can be used as a lounge area or a sleeping area. The bedroom on this level has a double bed, fitted cupboard and a shower with wc. There is a pebbled surround, with 4 loungers and plenty of outside dining furniture. Private secure parking available. However, Euros 80 will be deducted from breakages deposit if the house is not left in a clean state. Maid service during your stay available at a cost of Euros 12 per hour. While you are not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils and bathroom appliances clean and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, Euros 80 may be retained from the breakages deposit Pets- Pets are not allowed. Max party size- 6/8 The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8. The rent is for up to 8 People. FireThis is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool SafetyThe owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times.
