The villa is set in its own landscaped gardens with ample external parking and private covered parking just a 1 minute stroll to the nearest sandy beach.
On entering this villa you will firstly notice the marble flooring throughout. The open plan living area has a comfortable cream leather suite and beautiful furnishings. The large plasma television has satellite channels (free to view package), surround sound system and DVD player. The dining area sports a glass dining table and six leather chairs.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils.
Also found on the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed and fully fitted wardrobes. There is a full bathroom including bath and shower on this level. Downstairs on the lower ground floor is another bedroom that sports twin beds.
Leading up the stairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. These two bedrooms share a large balcony which has an external bamboo table, chairs and umbrella should you require shade. Taking the stairs from the first floor to the second you will find a roof garden with stunning sea and mountain views.
Air conditioning for both cooling & heating is available throughout the villa. A hairdryer is provided and upon request there is a baby cot and highchair available. There is wireless broadband provided although you would be required to bring your own laptop.
Outside the villa is a veranda with comfortable external sofa, chairs and coffee table. In the mature gardens you will find the large 10 x 5m infinity overflow pool with sunbeds and umbrellas for your comfort.

Location - Paphos, Limni Argaka is located on the coastal plains of the Chrysochous area away from the more mainstream destinations. Nourished by its own reservoir this agricultural area is well known for its abundance of citrus orchards. The settlement of Argaka itself is divided into two parts, Pano Argaka (upper) located between the sea and the pine forest is the older of the two communities. Here, traditional style architecture can be found amongst the narrow, winding roads and the traditional spirit of Cyprus is still very much in evidence at the local kafenion which provides a focal point for the villages residents to gather, exchange news and pass the time of day. Kato Argaka (lower) is the newer settlement standing next to the sea. Although this area features more contemporary style residences, a small supermarket, a kiosk and a handful of tavernas dotted along the coastal road, the atmosphere is still very laidback.
The beauty of this exclusive development is the private sandy beach. The other beaches in Argaka are undeveloped beaches that stretch along a natural coastline of coarse sand, shingle and pebble. For a day here you will need to bring your own beach mat and umbrella. Refreshments can be found at one of the tavernas scattered along the coastal road or you can take a cool box and lunch under the shade of the trees in one of the designated picnic areas.
Polis is the principal town for the region, huddled around a pedestrianised square where visitors and locals gather in the mornings to enjoy a coffee and watch the world pass by and in the evenings to dine at one of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre. The town has an archaeological museum and cultural centre. Polis which is approximately a 5 minute drive away offers the nearest organized beach which are backed by tall Eucalyptus trees.
A little further along the coast from Polis is the seaside resort of Latchi with its recently opened 200 berth marina. Here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Just beyond Latchi you will find the well known Baths of Aphrodite and for nature lovers the protected Akamas Peninsular an area particular suited to walkers and adventurers who can explore the many criss-crossed nature trails. The coastline of this area can also be enjoyed by boat with daily excursions available from the marina.
Polis and the surrounding villages count bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, watersports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to the visitor. The Minthis Hills Golf Course is approximately a 40 minute drive away although there is a future development of the new Limni Golf Course and marina. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, waterpark and attractive harbour area is within a 50 minute drive.
