Beautiful 3 bedroom villa in Pissouri that sleeps 6. This luxury 3 bedroom villa is located on the hillside village of Pissouri and offers panoramic views. The village is only 500 metres away where you will find plenty of tavernas and bars plus three banks, a supermarket, bakery and a small post office.

The interior of this villa is very contemporary and spacious and the ground floor features the living area that has two comfortable sofas, an entertainment system comprising of 32inch HD television, full SKY satellite package and DVD player. Also you will find a separate CD player, iPod compatible and stereo system. The dining area boasts a 6 seater dining table and chairs.

The modern fully fitting kitchen has an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and you will find the washing machine in the utility room. To complete the ground floor is a separate guest cloakroom and under stair storage area.

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom which features a double bed and has en-suite shower facilities. There is a further double bedroom and one twin bedroom which share a separate bathroom. Each bedroom has its own private balcony to enjoy the views.

A safety deposit box and hairdryer are provided and air conditioning is available throughout for both cooling and heating.

If required this villa is very child friendly offering a highchair, baby cot, safety gate and even a blender for baby foods.

Moving outside there are extensive grounds, to the front of the villa is a 9 x 4 metre kidney shaped swimming pool with depths of 0.9 to 1.2m, walk in steps and a ladder are provided. There is a pool shower, sunbeds, umbrellas, table and chairs plus a childrens play area including a play house, slide and seats.

To the rear of the property you will find two pergolas, one has a 6 seater dining table and chairs underneath for the al-fresco dining and the other boasts a table tennis table. Also here you will find the purpose built barbeque.

Pissouri, Pissouri Village

Situated in the principal vine growing area of Cyprus, Pissouri is found approximately half way between Limassol and Paphos and is a great base from which to explore both places. Pissouri is one of those rare places in Cyprus which has managed to retain its traditional Cypriot character while adapting very successfully to welcoming visitors, and could be considered by those looking for a beach holiday, sightseeing break or golf enthusiasts alike.

Pissouri extends from the traditional village on the hillside, down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea. Split between two distinct communities each possesses a unique character and charm.

Set in the hillside is the village of Pissouri approximately 500 metres away, and at the heart of the village the charming pedestrianised square with a good array of tavernas and restaurants. There are banks, a post office, mini market and delicatessen found in the village.
