On the ground floor there s a long lounge-diner opening out through double doors to the pool and garden, a well-planned kitchen, and an en-suite double bedroom again with doors onto the pool terrace.

On the first floor another double and a twin room both have balconies and there s also a roof-terrace, with gorgeous views out to sea and to mountains inland. There s also a family bathroom.

The villa has a swimming pool surrounded by terracing, hedges and lawns, a barbecue, and a shady covered terrace.

This is a lovely seaside houses on a wonderful stretch of coast. It is also the perfect holiday base for groups of up to 21 people due to the 2 neighbouring properties.

The beach is just a minute away and you can walk to the traditional Greek market village of Polis in twenty minutes, or drive in just a couple of minutes.

Cot and high chair available at GBP20 per week, per item.

This is one of three great seaside villas on a dramatic stretch of coast near Latchi and Polis.

The villa has uninterrupted views over the sea and are just a minute s walk down a small path to a lovely sweeping beach.

It is in a wonderfully private spot but still close to shops, bars and restaurants just a couple of kilometres away in Polis - a lively market town. And this makes a fantastic holiday base for up to 21 people.
