This stunning four bedroom villa is located in an elevated position on the prestigious Secret Valley Golf Resort. Secret Valley is very popular all year round for both golfing and family holidays. For the golf enthusiasts there are three excellent golf courses in the area; Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Elia Golf Club. This villa is modern, spacious and well equipped. As you enter the villa through the double front door you will find an open plan dining and living area. The dining area features a circular wooden table that seats eight and has a Lazy Susan, great for entertaining. The large living area has two sections for entertainment and is beautifully furnished with comfortable settees, coffee tables and matching shelves that adorn lovely knick-knacks. There is a flat screen television, DVD player and satellite system that offer worldwide channels. From the living area there are three sets of sliding patio doors that lead onto the covered veranda. There is a separate kitchen area that is fully fitted with modern appliances including fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a shower room/guest cloakroom. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom which has an ensuite shower room. This bedroom shares a large balcony with the second bedroom. There is small amount of shading from the wooden pergola above and comfortable table and chairs where you can sit relax and enjoy the lovely pool and garden or sea views. The second bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room. The third and fourth bedrooms both have twin beds and ensuite shower rooms. Taking another flight of stairs takes you to the second floor where you will find the roof garden which gives you spectacular sea and mountain views. The villa has air conditioning for both cooling & heating and a safety deposit box. Upon request a baby cot and high chair can be provided. Outside in the large mature landscaped gardens surrounding the villa there is private covered parking. There is a stone path that leads to the front of the garden where you will find the large swimming pool which is surrounded by modern wooden decking. There are sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. There is a lawn area perfect for children to play. Also included is a pool shower and a purpose built barbeque. Please note that there is a no smoking policy within this villa. Villa Pelagia is located in the exclusive Secret Valley Golf Resort and is ideal for clients wishing peace and tranquillity while being just a short drive to amenities. It is a fifteen minute drive to the picturesque town of Pissouri with its traditional square with a small selection of tavernas serving excellent local cuisine. Interior This superior, two storey villa is beautifully decorated throughout and finished to an extremely high standard. It is bright and spacious with a large, open plan living and dining room. Large patio doors lead to the fabulous terrace surrounding the pool. There is a raised, modern kitchen which is very well-equipped for self-catering. The villa has three very stylish bedrooms on the first floor.
