Majestically perched in the hills behind Peyia the villa boasts uninterrupted views of the sweeping coastline that stretches from the rugged beauty of the Sea Caves area towards the town of Paphos. This stunning six bedroom villa offers magnificent views from nearly every angle and almost every room. Enjoying complete privacy and seclusion in a peaceful location the villa offers the perfect environment to relax and unwind. Timber ceilings and stone walls give a feeling of coziness to this spacious villa, while large panels of glass allow the natural light to flood in.
The villa consists of three buildings each with a separate entrance:- the main house, the wing and the annexe. 

The main house features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area which features an ornamental fireplace is furnished with comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV (limited satellite channels), a DVD player and CD player with a surround sound system. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and water cooler. A separate utility area tucked behind the kitchen houses the washing machine, a gas hob and an additional sink. Three high chairs are placed at the breakfast bar with a large formal dining table that can comfortably seat 12, enjoying a prime position next to the large picture window with views across the valley. A separate shower room is located on this level.

The first two bedrooms are found on the first floor of the main house. The master double bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom also features a television which is connected to the satellite system in the living area. The twin bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. These two bedrooms share a balcony that runs the length of the building and shares that magnificent view of the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. 

The ground floor of the main wing features a further two twin bedrooms, with two additional single beds (suitable for children under the age of 12 years) being available on the mezzanine level of one of these bedrooms. This wing features its own family bathroom.
The unusual layout of the annexe can accommodate a further 5 people in total. The two storey accommodation features an open plan living area with comfortable seating and a large flatscreen television (local channels only) and DVD player, the compact kitchen area is equipped with an oven, an electric & gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a small dining table with seating for four. 
A wooden staircase leads to a sloped ceiling sleeping area on the mezzanine level furnished with two single beds. Tucked to the rear of the living room is a small single bedroom with en-suite shower room. This room is simply furnished with a single bed, a chest of drawers, a 2 ring hob and a refrigerator. The final bedroom in the annexe is a double bedroom located on the ground floor which along with the other rooms has access to the full family bathroom which also features a second washing machine. 

Each bedroom, the living areas (the main house and the annexe) and the office are equipped with air conditioning units for both cooling and heating. Two hairdryers are available and pool towels are supplied. A baby cot, highchair and stair gate can be provided on request. A wireless broadband connection is available to those who bring their own laptop.
The villas landscaped grounds include a large freeform infinity swimming pool, a Jacuzzi tub to soothe weary muscles at the end of an energetic day and a large shaded outdoor dining area, complete with built in barbecue and sink, providing plenty of opportunity for social gatherings. Lawned areas, paved terraces and wooden decking provide several seating areas for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent sunset views or stargazing on clear summer nights. With no neighbouring properties complete privacy is assured making this the perfect venue for hosting large family celebrations, weddings etc.

Please note a refundable security deposit is required to cover any damages or breakages. This is to be paid in cash directly to the villa owner on arrival at the property and will be refunded in cash on the day of departure.

The villa is located towards the top of Peyia just a couple of minutes drive from the village centre. From here you have breathtaking panoramic views of the Paphos coastline and the deep blue Mediterranean Sea.

The villa is very private and has a beautiful terrace and pool area. The villa itself is unusually spacious with all of the rooms being larger than average.

On the ground floor there is a large open plan living room/dining room. The lounge area has one three seater sofa and three arm chairs, ornamental fireplace with attractive marble surround, small radio/cassette player, SKY satellite TV, DVD player. The dining area consists of a dining table and seating for 8. From this area there are sliding patio doors that lead directly outside onto the large terrace and pool area. 

Further on the ground floor is the spacious kitchen with granite worktop surfaces, a table with six chairs, gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Next door to the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine, extra sink and an iron and ironing board. There is a separate shower room on the ground floor.

Marble stairs lead you up to the first floor level where you will find the villas first bedroom. The bedroom is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and the luxury of an en suite bathroom. It is a very large room with access to a balcony with beautiful views towards the sea. This balcony is shared with one of the villas further bedrooms. The en suite bathroom has a corner bath with shower over, separate shower, bidet and his and hers wash hand basins set within a marble vanity unit.

Further on the first floor is a twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and access to the sea facing balcony which is shared with the master bedroom.

The last bedroom of the villa is a twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and access to a private side facing balcony which overlooks the gardens and has side views towards the sea.

The two twin bedrooms share a shower room with bidet.

The villa is air conditioned throughout and has a total of 6 air-conditioning units, for both cooling and heating. The air-conditioning is an optional extra. There are 6 units in total; 3 in the bedrooms, 1 in the kitchen and 2 in the living room/dining room. These are charged for at a set rate per unit per day, payable locally upon arrival.

There is wireless internet connection at this villa and a baby cot and high chair is available on request.

The villa has off-street parking within the long private driveway.

To the front of the villa is a large terrace with a table and 6 chairs with beautiful views over the gardens, pool and sea beyond. To the left is the barbecue and from this terrace there are a few steps down to the lower garden and pool area.

The 8m long kidney shaped swimming pool is very private and not overlooked. There are 6 sun beds, 2 large umbrellas and a pool side shower can be found on the corner of the villa. The well established garden surrounding the villa is well stocked with various trees, bushes and flowers making this the perfect location for a lazy day in the Cypriot sun.

This is a spacious comfortable villa with a great, private outdoor area with lovely gardens and pool together with sea views. Highly recommended!

Set on an extensive corner plot of land, this charming two bedroom villa surrounded by colourful and mature gardens abundant with fruit trees, enjoys an excellent degree of privacy. 

The villa itself is set over one level. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and features a working fireplace, with entertainment being provided by the SKY satellite TV (family package), DVD player and CD player. A book and DVD library have also thoughtfully been provided for guests use. 

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. The fridge/freezer and washing machine are housed in the separate utility area adjoining the kitchen. The extendable dining room table comfortably seats 6.

The master double bedroom with en-suite shower room features a separate wardrobe/dressing area. This en suite shower room also has an external access door making it convenient for use when out by the pool area. 

The remaining bedroom is a twin bedded room and there is separate full family bathroom. Ceiling fans and fly screens are fitted throughout and a safe box and hairdryer are also available. 

Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units (3 in total) which are included in the price. A baby cot, highchair and camp bed (suitable for a child under the age of 12 years) can also be provided.

Outside the large 10 metre by 5 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace fully equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A built in barbecue is provided and a raised terrace area with a wooden pergola features an outside bar complete with fridge. 

The villa boasts a roof terrace with 360 degree views encompassing the sparkling blue waters of the Mediterranean sea, the colourful pool and garden area and the hillside backdrop of Peyia village. 

The beautifully maintained mature gardens ensure an excellent degree of privacy and plenty of hidden areas can conceal those looking to escape for a quiet moment with a book.

This two bedroom apartment is wonderfully spacious and the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings compliment the space and decor giving an exceptionally modern feel to the apartment.

The spacious open-plan living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen complete with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, integrated washing machine and dishwasher. The glass topped dining table comfortably seats 5 people. 

The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and features a flat screen television with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, CD, cassette, radio and MP3 player. Double patio doors open onto the large balcony which is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining, enjoying the views that stretch across the rooftops of the houses on the outskirts of Peyia, toward the sea.

Paphos mixes the old and the new in a very cosmopolitan way and is one of the most established holiday locations in Cyprus and among its obvious attractions of weather, scenery, seafood and local culture are its fabulous mosaic floors, historical sites, the old harbour and its famous and well photographed Byzantine castle. Walking and Climbing in the Akamas Peninsular Peyia is on the edge of the Akamas Peninsular a National Park and area of outstanding natural beauty. This park is an obvious place to enjoy the scenery and is frequented by walkers and climbers. If you are a keen walker, climber or mountain biker you may also enjoy guided tours by mountain bike (which may be hired) in the Troodos mountain area as well.

Traditional is the word to describe this village in both look and feel. Small winding streets, stone houses and an old village church with shops lie at the centre of Peyia. The village also offers visitors a good selection of facilities and services including banks, doctors, two supermarkets, fishmongers, bakery, butchers and launderette. It also offers a good selection of Tavernas where you can try the local fare and hospitality.

Kissonerga & Chlorakas Are Kissonerga is a small and elegant traditional style village found between the central tourist area of Paphos and lovely Coral Bay. The main street of the village boasts a good selection of grocery shops, convenience stores, a pharmacy and a choice of traditional Tavernas. Kissonerga is ideally located for visitors who want to experience living in a traditional village but also want to be close to the evening entertainment offered by Paphos and Coral Bay.
