This peaceful retreat nestled amongst olive groves in the hillside village of Peristerona offers spectacular and soothing views of the surrounding countryside and the Evretou Dam. The spacious 5 bedroom traditional stone villa is decorated throughout in shades of cream, caramel and bronze giving the villa a warm and inviting feel. The villa boasts two living areas; the first is based around the wood burning fireplace and is furnished with comfortable sofas. The second sitting area is the entertainment area, also furnished with comfortable sofas and featuring a satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD Player. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher, with the fridge/freezer and washing machine being housed in a small utility area just off the kitchen. A double bedroom is located on the ground floor with patio doors directly accessing the pool terrace. A separate full bathroom is found on this floor. A curving staircase leads to the first floor where two further double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms are located. One double bedroom features a four poster bed and has its own en-suite bathroom and the remaining double bedroom features an ensuite bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath. The two twin bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room and one has a private balcony overlooking the pool and the Dam. Following the coastline to the west, lies the simple village of Latchi, with its long beach, small harbour and large choice of traditional fish restaurants dotted along the sea front. From the harbour, a variety of coastal excursions can be booked, including small boat hire for fishing trips. This charming three bedroom villa is located in the rustic village of Peristerona. On entering the courtyard through the traditional wooden gate you will find the gated private swimming pool to your right and beautiful gardens to your left and the villa nestled at the back. In the gardens are two fountains, a pond, a variety of fruit trees, barbecue and tables and chairs for al fresco dining. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is decorated with authentic nik-naks, with an old fashioned fireplace for winter use. Entertainment is provided by a television with limited satellite channels, DVD player and also CD player. There is a large table and six chairs. The original part of the villa is just a few steps down from the rest of the house, the master bedroom, is 200 years old and features a traditional Cypriot four poster double bed. This room can be entered via the house or directly from the gardens. The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. A further two bedrooms are located off the living area, one of which features a double bed and a single bed and the other a double bed only. These have the use of a bathroom located next to the third bedroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a hairdryer and baby cot and high chair are available on request. The free form pool is gated so ideal for children and has a pool shower, sunbeds and an umbrella.
