This villa has been built with both traditional architecture and Colonial-influenced design. The villa is built on one level in the shape of the Greek letter ? with the pool in the centre. The open plan living and dining area has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. For entertainment there is a plasma television, satellite channels (limited), DVD player and the CD player allows music to be piped throughout the house. There is a stone hearth and the furniture is sophisticated and stylish including leather sofas, dining table with six chairs and hand-made furniture from local master craftsmen. The kitchen displays a surprising contrast of wood, marble and stone while including the top-of-the-line appliances including electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine found in the utility room. From the kitchen door you will find an external staircase that takes you up to an extensive roof terrace. The piece de resistance is the domed Jacuzzi room with hand-laid blue mosaics overlooking the private garden and the mountains through the tall glass & iron windows. The Jacuzzi is large enough for six persons. By the Jacuzzi room there is a guest cloakroom with shower and gymnasium equipment including running machine and stepper. The three bedrooms are as stunningly furnished as the other rooms in this spectacular villa. Each bedroom has a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is just two meters from the pool reached through sliding patio doors. The second & third bedrooms have two single beds and a double bed respectively and they share a large veranda. The villa offers a safety deposit box, hairdryer, pool towels and air conditioning for both cooling & heating. The fully furnished veranda is extremely spacious and provides shade at all times of the day. This outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing with a sound system, dining area, outdoor stone fireplace and rattan sofa and chairs. The large private swimming pool is 10m x 5.5m and only one depth of 1.40m and has walk in steps. The lawn area surrounds the property and is scented with jasmine. Please note that there is a no smoking policy inside the villa. Nesting in the foothills of Yiolou village is a wonderful stone clad villa that offers panoramic mountain and distant sea views. Yiolou is a small traditional village so if you are looking for a relaxing peaceful place to get away then this villa is perfect for you. The villa has an open plan living and dining area which provides a fireplace, two leather settees, coffee table and matching television unit with traditional television. The dining table and chairs seat six. From the dining area there is a large archway through to the kitchen. Within the kitchen area there is table and chairs that seats four and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The washing machine and ironing facilities are found in the utility room next to the kitchen. There is direct access from the living/dining area and kitchen to the large veranda overlooking the pool area. Also found on the ground floor is a guest cloakroom. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom two single beds. All the bedrooms share the large balcony which offers wonderful views of the lush green hills and the sea in the distance. There is also a separate family bathroom on the first floor.
