This impressive villa enjoys a private and secluded location as the last property before the unique and fragile wilderness of the Akamas peninsula. The villa enjoys a privileged spot nestled in amongst pine and olive trees in a slightly elevated position with magnificent views over the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This spacious three bedroom bungalow with pale walls and terracotta roof conceals an interior of contemporary design with furnishings carefully selected to compliment the high timber ceilings and large windows giving a feeling of space and light. The open plan living area which features a working fireplace, is furnished with comfortable sofas and a coffee table. Entertainment is provided by the flatscreen television with home cinema package and limited satellite channels, DVD player, Playstation 3, table tennis and pool table. The owner has also thoughtfully provided a small CD & DVD collection for guests use. The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in the adjacent utility room. The dining table comfortably seats 8. A long corridor leading from the living area connects the three bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and the master double bedroom. Each twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi jets in the bath and a large picture window so you can relax in the tub enjoying a wonderfully calming view of the sea.
