This spacious 5 bedroom villa enjoys privacy and seclusion nestled amongst fields and orange groves behind the village of Kissonerga. This villa lies along the coastal road that connects Coral Bay to Paphos and is only 150 metres from the sea and is secluded from any other properties since it is located within a field of 5,000 sq. metres and surrounded by sub tropical banana plantations. The villa offers panoramic views of the bay with its turquoise clear waters and breathtaking sunsets. The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area features a working fireplace and entertainment is provided by the satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD/radio/cassette player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the dining table seats 6. One twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate cloakroom are found on the ground floor. The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floora double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom and the living area is equipped with an air-conditioning unit for both cooling and heating.The Air conditioning is payable locally a set rate per unit per day. A safety deposit box is available. Beach towels and a hairdryer are supplied. A baby cot, highchair, stair gate and camp bed (suitable for a child under the age of 12 years) can be provided on request. Outside the villa leading from the patio doors of the living area and the downstairs twin bedroom is a private swimming pool 8 metres x 4 metres. The large veranda surrounding the pool is equipped with sun loungers and patio table with chairs. The villa is also equipped with a barbeque for alfresco dining. Please notethat the owner requests a changeover day of Sunday, however, other days may be considered on request. The villa is set in a colourful, well maintained garden. The swimming pool is 9m x 4.5m accessed by both ladder and roman steps and is surrounded by the sun bathing area. A delightful dining and barbeque area provides the perfect location for al fresco dining any time of the day or evening and a gazebo offers welcome shade in the midday sun. Amenities A short stroll leads to the seafront, and there is a sandy beach within a five minute walk along the coast. The villa is located four kilometres from the resort of Coral Bay which has a large, sweeping beach with beach bar, several water sports facilities and a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearby, traditional, Cypriot village of Kissonerga has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Wonderful fresh fruit straight out of the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast. A frequent bus service runs every 30 - 40 minutes from near the villa or a five minute drive takes you into lively Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.
