This traditional stone built village house is situated in the picturesque and un-spoilt village of Kallepia just 13km from Paphos. This two storey property has been renovated and is simply but traditionally furnished. There is a private swimming pool found in the courtyard where there are ample sitting areas with walnut, pomegranate, apple and fig trees growing. On entering the house from the road through the wooden double doors you will find an open plan living/kitchen area. The living area features a useable log fire place, a three and two seater sofa plus armchair. Entertainment is provided by the television with limited satellite channels, a DVD and a CD player. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven/hob and fridge freezer. Across the courtyard you enter into a second building which has another living/kitchen area that offers a log fireplace, a three seater settee, dining table and chairs that seat 4 and the kitchen has a gas oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Also in this section of the house you will find two bedrooms which share a bathroom including bath and shower. One bedroom features a traditional Cypriot four poster double bed and the other has a double bed. Access to another full bathroom is from the courtyard. The first floor is accessible by an external staircase leading up from the courtyard. On the first floor is a bedroom sporting another traditional Cypriot four poster double bed, and two twin bedrooms. Each of the three bedrooms have a shared balcony, this balcony also leads to the roof terrace with table and chairs and the most stunning views. If required a baby cot and high chair can be provided. There is a hairdryer and air conditioning is found in all the bedrooms for both cooling and heating. One extra bed can be provided in the form of a camp bed. In the courtyard you can find the private pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, a garden area plus three sitting areas to enjoy the al-fresco eating experience.
