This spectacular, five bedroom three storey villa is part of Aphrodite Hills luxurious ‘Mythos Collection’. It is located on the edge of the Western Plateau of the resort and is within walking distance to the bars and restaurants of Aphrodite Hills in the Village Square. Overlooking the turquoise Mediterranean, this 578-acre resort is a haven of luxurious leisure in a tranquil setting, while having easy access to nearby Paphos and its neighbouring resorts and villages. It offers a wealth of activities, including a spa and fitness centre, a tennis academy, an 18-hole golf course, horseback riding, a kids club and a choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Serviced by the 5-star Intercontinental Hotel, a nearby beach club and restaurant is reached by an hourly, courtesy, shuttle bus. Interior
This magnificent villa has been decorated to the highest standards, with every attention dedicated to its design and detail providing a truly luxurious holiday retreat in Cyprus. The whole villa is spaciously set over three levels, ground floor, pool level and upper floor, with marble floors with under floor heating. The pool level is considered the ‘all day area’ of the villa. It has an open plan living area with a 65” TV, a home theatre system with multiple satellite channels and a kitchen with a dining area. Sliding doors lead out to the beautiful, partially shaded terrace and swimming pool. The gym has a professional tread-mill, cross trainer machine, multi exercise unit and a 42” TV. Next door is a relaxing, eight person sauna and a separate ‘wet room’ with direct access from the pool area. Also on the pool level, there are two twin bedrooms (which can be made up as doubles if guests prefer) with en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and a separate suite with a double bed and en suite shower room. A further bedroom is in a separate suite accessed from the pool terrace and has a double bed, sofa, TV and en suite shower room.
On the next level, the ground floor, there is another living room with high quality furnishings, an entertainment centre and a formal dining area with patio doors leading to a beautiful balcony with luxurious seating areas. The Italian style kitchen is extremely well equipped with modern appliances and has doors leading to the al fresco dining area of the balcony. Also on this floor, there is a king size bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the balcony and there is also a separate WC.
The first floor is home to the master suite. This beautiful room has an emperor size bed, a sofa and 50” plasma TV with I-pod docking station. There are picture windows which frame the magnificent views of the ravine and sea. The bathroom has a walk in shower and separate bath.

Exterior
The exterior areas of Villa Ouranos have been designed to maximise the outstanding views, romantic sunsets and relaxing outdoor living in the warm Cypriot climate. On pool level there is a partially covered terrace and beautiful sun bathing terrace surrounding the 12m kidney shaped infinity swimming pool, which is heated during the cooler months (mid October-mid May). During the warmer months the pool can also be heated for an extra charge. Patio doors from the ground floor lead out to the beautiful outdoor living area, with luxurious armchairs, dining area and a professional outdoor barbecue, bar and traditional clay oven, providing the ideal venue to hire a chef to cater privately for guests.

Services
A luxury food pack is provided on arrival and a daily basket of fresh bread, pastries, fruit, orange juice and newspaper is delivered to the villa. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well as “Korres” mini toiletries. Guests also have free access to the gym, pool, sauna and steam room within the Retreat Spa. 
There is a daily maid service with change of linen, cleaning and washing of dishes. 
Five hours of Children’s Club per 7 night stay are included and babysitting services can be arranged on request (extra).
The villa is also air conditioned throughout, with individually adjustable controls in each room. Safe boxes are found in all bedrooms and there is free Wi-Fi access throughout.
Clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit of €800 to the local manager upon arrival. This can be done by credit card imprint.

Car Requirements
A car is not essential for this villa as the bars, restaurants and local shops of the Village Square are within walking distance, but is recommended in order to explore all the attractions this fascinating area of Cyprus has to offer. This stunning villa is located on a luxurious golf resort set in the hills overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. In this exquisite setting, the resort offers you recreation and relaxation beyond compare. This beautiful three storey six bedroom villa has everything one would want for a perfect holiday, golf enthusiasts or not.

Upon entering the villa on the ground floor you will find the modern living area, which with its high double volume ceiling makes it light and airy. In the living area you will find a flat screen TV with Easy Vision( 21 english channels and the ability to plug in your own harddrive or USB and watch your own movies), DVD player and the wood burning fireplace. From the living area are patio doors leading out onto the large patio area outside.

Connected to the living room on the ground floor is the kitchen/dining area. The fully equipped modern kitchen has solid wood doors and garniture worktop surfaces and incorporates fridge/freezer with ice maker, 4 ring hob and electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave and a toaster. The dining area seats 8 and has a book case with a book collection at your disposal. From the dining area the patio doors that lead outside to the large patio area and the swimming pool.

Further on the ground floor you will find the first bedroom of the villa. This double bedroom has en suite shower room and direct access onto the patio area. A separate cloakroom can be found on the ground floor.
On the lower ground floor is the second bedroom of the villa. This twin bedroom also features an en suite shower room. Furthermore you will find the utility room where a washing machine and separate clothes dryer is available. Also available is an iron and ironing board.

On the intermediate floor you will find the third bedroom. As with the second bedroom this is a twin bedroom featuring an en suite shower room. 
Moving up onto the landing of the first floor you can look down onto the living area, the landing is equipped with a small table and a few chairs. On the first floor you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms of the villa.

The master bedroom has a double bed, en suite bathroom and direct access to the large balcony with amazing sea and mountain views. 

On the balcony area you will find garden chairs and tables to enjoy the view of the sunset and the amazing views.

Sharing the large balcony area with the master bedroom is another double bedroom. This bedroom also has en suite shower room. The last bedroom of the villa is a further double bedroom with en suite shower room. This bedroom also has the luxury of a flat screen TV. Further to this bedroom is a small balcony where you can stand and enjoy the amazing mountain and sea views.
There is air conditioning and central heating throughout the villa so the property can be enjoyed all year round. 3 hairdryers are available at the villa plus a baby cot can be provided on request. A highchair is available on request for a small fee.

Outside at the front of the villa there is a private off road parking; shaded parking for 1 car and further unshaded parking area for 4 cars. To the back of the villa you will find the private 17m x 4m heated infinity pool with walk in steps. The swimming pool was designed for the guests to enjoy diving into the pool and is therefore featuring a depth of 1m to 2.5m. Further to the swimming pool the villa also features outside a Jacuzzi. 

At the side of the villa you will find a small lawned area and the large patio area features plenty of sun beds for you to enjoy the Cypriot sun. There is a built in barbecue just outside the dining area and underneath the wooden pergola and at the shaded area underneath the balcony you will find plenty of garden chairs and table to enjoy the al-fresco experience. 
From the outdoor area the villa enjoys breathtaking sea and mountain views and unforgettable sunsets.

This beautiful five bedroom villa is situated on two large plots overlooking the 6th hole.  The peaceful views and surroundings from the pool area will mesmerize, however the view balconies on the first floor, will truly leave all its visitors lost for words.

The villa is of contemporary style with a touch of traditional stonework, offering true luxury throughout. Entrance is into the open plan living/dining area with fireplace, doors to terrace, TV, DVD and CD player. It is a sharing, sociable custom, eaten as a starter where everyone dips into the same dishes. A Meze will feature cheeses such as halloumi or feta, tomatoes, olives, celery, artichokes, smoked ham, houmous, taramosalata, tahini, octopus, prawns, mullet, chicken, green peppers, seftalia sausages and stuffed vine leaves. This is eaten with bread, often dipped into the individual delicacies. The main courses that follow are usually meat based, with meatballs, moussaka and stews to name but a few,and then fresh fruit and pastries round off the meal.

Water sports facilities are available at Paphos. It s a popular tourist spot, for its breathtaking view of the sea, and more famously the birth place of Aphrodite. Legend has it that this is the Rock from which Aphrodite mythically arose from the foaming sea.  Take a visit into the Troodos Mountain range with Mount Olympus reaching 6406 ft  it is a popular area with many picturesque villages and Byzantine churches, and is also an excellent place for long walks, especially in Spring when the entire area is covered in wild flowers!
