Property description

Beautiful 3 bedroom villa in Corralejo that sleeps 6. This is a group of attractive high quality villas in an excellent location within walking distance of the centre of the resort of Corralejo. Set in sub-tropical gardens with a private swimming pool which has optional heating, they are perfect for a relaxing holiday in the wonderful climate of Fuerteventura.

Interior
These single storey villas are furnished to a high specification and are well decorated. An entrance hall leads to the spacious living room which has a dining area and patio doors to the poolside terrace, this living room has a TV with limited satellite channels and a DVD player.

There is a separate well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and breakfast table and access to a utility room with a washing machine.

The villas have three bedrooms with twin beds placed together, large wardrobes, and electric fans. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a further family bathroom.

In some of the villas for a small extra charge, a 7th person can be accommodated on a sofa in the living room, which without cushions is the same size as a bed.

Exterior
A sunbathing terrace surrounds the private 6 x 3 metre swimming pool which can be electrically heated for an extra charge between the months of October and June and is entered by Roman steps.

A patio dining table, a traditional Canarian barbecue and colourful sub-tropical plants complete the charming outdoor atmosphere. Steps lead up the side of the house to a beautiful roof terrace which has sunbeds and a parasol.

Please note that the optional pool heating needs to be booked and paid in advance.

The bustling, charming, old harbour area of Corralejo is the original, fishing village in the north of Fuerteventura. Corralejo has managed to retain its original charm and atmosphere. The area has trendy, little shops and many restaurants, cafes and bars along the sea wall, offering stunning views out to sea. From here there are regular ferries to the neighbouring islands of Lanzarote and the gorgeous, unpopulated, island of Lobos, as well as several marine excursions, including catamaran trips and glass bottom boats. Corralejo caters for all ages, as it provides a wide variety of things to do, such as watersports, jeep safaris, Island tours, Glass bottom boats and ferry trips, mountain biking ect.
