Beautiful 3 bedroom villa in Corralejo that sleeps 6. These are excellent villas, offering a high standard of holiday accommodation with many extras. They are set in their own grounds, with a private swimming pool with optional pool heating. Guests have the added benefit of being able to make use of the superb facilities on the adjacent complex.
These include a pool bar, several large swimming and childrens pools.

The villas are in walking distance to all the attractions and beaches of the resort and a short drive takes you to the start of the fabulous miles of white dune beaches. A supermarket and restaurants are on site and the fabulous Water Park is just a few minutes walk. These villas are a perfect choice for a Fuerteventura, family holiday and offer many options.

Interior
These are very well decorated, single storey villas. The stylish living and dining room has a lovely high, gabled, wooden ceiling, comfortable furnishings and patio doors to a large, covered, terrace. The villas contain TV with limited satellite channels, DVD player and CD player.

The independent kitchen is very well equipped for a self-catering, villa holiday, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

The villas have three very spacious, attractive, bedrooms with big built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has twin beds made up as a large double and a very luxurious en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with twin beds placed together, one has patio doors to the terrace and they share a family bathroom.

Exterior
The villa is set in a private garden with a sun terrace surrounding the private, 6 x 3 metre swimming pool. This has integral steps and a pool side shower and can be electrically heated to 25 degrees between the months of October and June as an optional extra.
A patio dining table and chairs are positioned under a very deep wooden pergola. This runs the length of the house, giving welcoming shade during relaxing hours, of al fresco dining. A gate leads to the adjacent complex for clients who choose to avail themselves of the facilities there.

To the side of the villa is an exterior stairway which leads to the large, private, roof terrace. This is ideal for guests wishing to enjoy the sun with a little more privacy.
