Property description

Beautiful 3 bedroom villa in Corralejo that sleeps 6. This attractive villa has been furnished to a very high standard and provides charming accommodation for a relaxing holiday. It is in an excellent location, near to the many and varied amenities of Corralejo including the water Park and the Shopping Centre, both within easy walking distance. The nearest beach of El Velero, in the centre of Corralejo is a short walk away, along with the bars and restaurants of this popular holiday destination.

Interior
This single storey villa is designed in a L-shape around the swimming pool. It is spacious and bright with patio doors looking out to the terrace from all the rooms, providing a lovely holiday atmosphere.

The living room has a pitched ceiling, a dining area and patio doors leading to the swimming pool. The living room also has a TV, this has limited satellite channels and a DVD player. There is a fully-fitted and equipped, separate kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine .

This villa has three attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom, with a shower over the bath. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and patio doors to the pool. They share a full family bathroom.

Exterior
All the patio doors lead out to the sheltered and secluded terrace which surrounds the 6x3 metre swimming pool. This has integral steps and a pool side shower. Sun beds are placed around the pool and several parasols provide welcome shade from the warm Fuerteventura sun.

A partially, shaded dining area, provides an idyllic venue for al fresco entertaining.

There is off street parking under a car port at the front of the villa.

Local area

The bustling, charming, old harbour area of Corralejo is the original, fishing village in the north of Fuerteventura. Corralejo has managed to retain its original charm and atmosphere. The area has trendy, little shops and many restaurants, cafes and bars along the sea wall, offering stunning views out to sea. From here there are regular ferries to the neighbouring islands of Lanzarote and the gorgeous, unpopulated, island of Lobos, as well as several marine excursions, including catamaran trips and glass bottom boats. Corralejo caters for all ages, as it provides a wide variety of things to do, such as watersports, jeep safaris, Island tours, Glass bottom boats and ferry trips, mountain biking ect.
