Property description

Lovely 4 bedroom villa in Corralejo that sleeps 8. This superb, Fuerteventura holiday villa is in an excellent location, two minutes walk to a golden, sandy beach and beach bar. It has been furnished to a high standard of villa holiday accommodation and benefits from magnificent sea views from the upper floors and the large roof terrace.

The main villa is set on two levels and for groups of five people or more , there is the possibility of using an annexe apartment, which sleeps up to four.

The centre of Corralejo is within easy walking distance and it is only a few minutes walk to the attractive shopping centre. This is a perfect choice for a relaxing, villa holiday, with the sea and the resort on the doorstep.

Interior
This villa has been stylishly decorated to provide attractive, airy and light accommodation for a memorable villa holiday.

The main villa is set on two levels and for larger groups of more than five people there is the possibility of using an annexe apartment, which sleeps up to four adults.

In the main villa, stairs lead up to the raised entrance and through to the open-plan living room, which has large, glass, sliding doors opening into the dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, a breakfast bar and has patio doors leading to the pool terrace.The villa has a washing machine, microwave and coffee machine.
The main part of this villa has two bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds and an adjacent shower room. Stairs lead from the living room to the first floor and the lovely master bedroom. It has a double bed, an attractively tiled, en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with sea views. From this level, stairs lead up to the marvellous roof terrace, which has magnificent views over the sea, to the neighbouring islands of Lanzarote and Lobos.

Annexe apartment: This is located on a lower level and is accessed within the walls of the gated property.
It is quite simple but comfortably decorated and serves as an annexe to the main house, for larger groups. The living room has a TV (with limited satellite channels) and an open plan kitchen with a fridge, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. There is a shower room with a washing machine.

Parties of 4 and under will have the use of the main house. Parties of 5 and more will also have use of the annex apartment.

Exterior
The patio doors in the living room lead out to a very secluded and private sun terrace and a 5x2 metre splash pool accessed by ladder steps. Patio furniture and a barbecue are provided for al fresco dining, in the wonderful Fuerteventura climate.

The large roof terrace is believed to be the highest belonging to a private house in Corralejo and has quite unbelievable views. One looks across the sea to the town harbour with boats and ferries coming and going, watches a variety of water sports and marvels at the bright blue and aquamarine of the sea.

This villa is located 70 metres from the centre of Corralejo where there is excellent shopping and a wide choice of restaurants and bars. There are also several, delightful, cove-like beaches in this area, many of them with a beach bar or restaurant alongside them.

Local area

The bustling, charming, old harbour area of Corralejo is the original, fishing village in the north of Fuerteventura. Corralejo has managed to retain its original charm and atmosphere. The area has trendy, little shops and many restaurants, cafes and bars along the sea wall, offering stunning views out to sea. From here there are regular ferries to the neighbouring islands of Lanzarote and the gorgeous, unpopulated, island of Lobos, as well as several marine excursions, including catamaran trips and glass bottom boats. Corralejo caters for all ages, as it provides a wide variety of things to do, such as watersports, jeep safaris, Island tours, Glass bottom boats and ferry trips, mountain biking ect.
