This charming villa is in a superb, hillside location and its elevated position offers fabulous views of the sea and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. It is only a ten minute drive to either the resort of Puerto del Carmen or the exclusive, international marina at Puerto Calero. It is decorated to a very high standard and offers excellent holiday accommodation for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting.
Interior
This is a three bedroom, modern villa set on one level. It has been beautifully furnished with a mixture of modern furnishings and antiques. It offers a light, bright and delightful home from home, with several luxurious extras. The spacious living room is open plan, with a formal dining area, a modern kitchen and an entire wall of patio doors leading to a covered terrace, with panoramic views. It has a TV, DVD, CD, a library of books, DVD“s CD“s and games. Internet connection can be arranged for 35euros per week.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, full oven, ceramic hob and a coffee machine. There are two attractive bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes in the main part of the villa. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other has twin beds; they share a full bathroom and have bath robes and a hairdryer. The third bedroom is a studio annexe and is accessed from within the property. It has a king size, highest quality, sofa bed, with a good mattress, fitted wardrobes, a safe, TV and CD. There is a dining area and patio doors leading to a private terrace with sea views. A full shower room is en-suite and has a hair dryer and bath robes.
There is also has a kitchenette, with a fridge, microwave, small steam oven, coffee machine and a two ring hob. Radiators and electric fans are available in the villa and the owner has provided beach towels for clients use. The villa will accommodate 6 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under 12 on a fold-a-way bed.
Exterior
Doors from the living room lead out onto a large, covered and protected terrace, with a comfortable seating area, a patio dining area, a gas barbecue and the most super sea views. This area can be lit at night and provides a wonderful place for holiday relaxation, in a private setting. This area is gated for the safety of children, and steps lead down to the 8x4 metre, electrically heated swimming pool, with Roman steps. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace equipped with sun beds and a poolside shower. To avoid the use of chemicals the pool is equipped with a salt water purification system.

La Asomada is a Canarian village set in the countryside about ten minutes drive from the old harbour area of Puerto Del Carmen, with its selection of superb, local restaurants and a large shopping centre. The resort has miles of golden beaches and offers a wide selection of amenities and excursions. The village has a supermarket, which is within walking distance. A short drive takes you to the exclusive, international marina at Puerto Calero, the first and most famous marina on Lanzarote. It was designed and built to attract the worlds most glamorous super yachts and offers an accordingly sophisticated atmosphere.
Many exclusive regattas are hosted here and attract members of the Spanish royal family along with famous sports people. A variety of restaurants are located along the waterfront with charming views of the hustle and bustle of the marina and there is a good selection of exclusive, designer shops. A selection of excellent excursions leave from the marina. They include a submarine diving adventure, catamaran sailing, big game fishing and the possibility of chartering yachts and luxury cruisers. A fifteen minute drive takes clients to a new 18 hole golf course in the local town of Tias and the villa is ideally placed for trips around the fascinating and stunning island of Lanzarote.

There is a mid-week towel change and for guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service, which includes a towel and linen change.
Internet access is via 3G modem and is an optional extra payable locally. Please advise us before you travel if you like this to be arranged.
