Only a ten minute drive away from the main beaches of Puerto del Carmen, and the same distance to the marina of Puerto Calero with a great variety of restaurants & boutiques. Set in its own grounds, the villa offers privacy & views of the sea in the distance. The main feature of the large south facing terrace is its pool, which is solar heated. There are sun loungers for sun bathing and seating areas. The villa has a canarian barbecue/oven for 8-10 people and a pretty mosaic dining table for alfresco dining. There is also a tennis table and a pool table for your enjoyment. Bedrooms: There are 3 double, 3 twin bedrooms, 1 ensuite and 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a single bed for children. All rooms are spacious and are leading off the central main sitting room. Some bedrooms may be closed off for parties of less than 5 persons. Bathrooms: The villa offers 4 bathrooms two of which have a full bath, shower, WCs and a bidet. The third bathroom has a shower and WC. And the fourth is ensuite.
