The property is set in an elevated position overlooking the resort of Playa Blanca with magnificent views over the sea towards the neighbouring islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. It is a short drive into the centre of the resort, to the sophisticated Marina Rubicon marina and a choice of several beaches. The fabulous, unspoilt and famous Papagayo beaches are a fifteen minute drive from this lovely villa. The wonderful views from here are unique and an added feature of this space is an internal cactus garden which is lit at night. A huge, extremely modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and offers everything needed for self catering for larger groups with a large American fridge freezer, double ovens and two dishwashers.
