This lovely terraced villa is on the seafront with spectacular views of the ocean and the neighbouring islands of Lanzarote and Lobos. It is located only 135 metres from the nearest beach and a short walk to the centre of the resort. The famous, glorious sand dune beaches are approximately a 20 minute walk. Interior This excellent, good quality villa is built on four levels. The entrance hall leads into the galleried dining area which overlooks the living room below. The modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher adjoins the dining area. The spacious well furnished living room has patio doors leading to the terrace and swimming pool with magnificent views to the ocean. There is a TV with limited satellite channels, DVD & CD player available for use. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to a private terrace with stunning views and an en-suite bathroom. Steps lead to the next floor where there are two further bedrooms and a full family bathroom. One bedroom has twin beds and a second bedroom has a single bed. A fold-a-way bed can be provided in this room for a child under the age of twelve. A cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin is located off the entrance hall. We feel that the design of this house makes it unsuitable for children under the age of three. Exterior The patio doors from the living room lead to a large sunbathing terrace which surrounds the attractive 6.5 metres by 3.5 metre swimming pool (with optional pool heating between 1st October until 30th June) which is accessed by ladder steps. The terrace is furnished with patio dining furniture, sun beds and a parasol to give you shade in the beautiful all year round Fuerteventura sunshine. At the end of the property there is a gate which leads on to the coastal path on which you can walk for miles in either direction. Please note that the pool heating needs to be booked and paid in advance. These superb and beautifully presented villas have been architecturally designed to offer secluded,luxury accommodation, in an environment of pampered service and offer many extras. The development is located on the outskirts of Corralejo, overlooking the Parque Natural, a few minutes distance from the main tourism, yet near enough to benefit from the amenities and famous, breathtaking, white sand, dune beaches. These charming and stylishly decorated villas offer extremely high quality, holiday accommodation, around a delightful and secluded courtyard. The living room is airy and bright with patio doors overlooking the swimming pool. It has comfortable seating, a flat screen 32inch TV and DVD player and there is a formal dining area. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with a four-ring, ceramic hob, small oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric juicer and under counter fridges. These villas have three bedrooms. The pretty master suite is located off the living room, it has a double bedroom with patio doors to the swimming pool, fitted wardrobes and an open archway leading to an en-suite shower room, with a six jet hydro shower, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Two bedrooms are accessed from the courtyard, they have no direct access into the main part of the villa and are therefore considered unsuitable for young children. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom and the two further bedrooms have twin beds and share a shower room. The villas can be rented as a 2 bedroom with the 1-4 person price or as a 3 bedroom villa with the 5-6 person price. For smaller groups wanting use of all 3 bedrooms, please apply the 5-6 person price. Exterior Doors from the living room lead out to a covered terrace which is furnished with seating for al fresco dining. The swimming pool measures 5x2 m and is entered by integral steps. The single storey villas also have a roof terrace. There is off street parking at the front of the villa. Amenities These villas are built around the Mirador de Lobos 9 hole golf course just a short drive from the centre of Corralejo and the nearby sand dune beaches , Flag and Glass beach . There are several water sports schools located on these beaches for holidaymakers who wish to try their hand at a variety of exciting sports. The neighbouring development is the Bahia Azul complex and guests are welcome to use the facilities here. There is a restaurant open for breakfast and dinner, a Spa area with Finnish and Turkish sauna and beauty treatments and paddle tennis courts. From the harbour area of Corralejo there are several excellent excursions, including fishing, glass bottom boat, submarine and Catamaran sailing. There is also a regular ferry to the beautiful nearby island of Lanzarote where you can spend the day exploring the spectacular scenery. Another ferry goes to the uninhabited island of Lobos. Within the resort there is a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants and there is also a large market twice a week. A huge water park is proving extremely popular with younger guests and is a short drive from the villa. A 15 minute drive takes you to the beautiful fishing village of El Cotillo where there are several charming Canarian fish restaurants overlooking the sea. Corralejo is approximately a 40 minute drive from the airport and the two championship golf courses at Caleta de Fuste is a 45 minute drive away. Services For guests staying longer than 7 nights there is a weekly maid service and a mid week towel change. On request from the local manager, clients can be given a token that allows access to the Suite Hotel Atlantis Fuerteventura, 300m away, or to the Gran Hotel Atlantis Bahia Real which is 500m away for access to the swimming pools and community areas.
